EDRS European Drag Racing Series
Calendar 2012

Please note the EDRS 2012 calendar is still provisional. Updates are published on this page as they appear, so please check in once in a while over the nearest months to make sure you have the latest info on hand!

Any questions can be adressed to the assigned contact person for each EDRS class. Please look at the bottom of the page.

the GENERAL EDRS European Drag Racing Series Concept

The format for racing in EDRS is simple and created to fit teams that are prepared to travel further distances to participate in events in other regions of Europe as well as those who prefer to stay within their region.

·         There are three geographical divisions included in the EDRS Series - North, Central and South.

·         There will be one class champion crowned in each division the class is run in

·         Each driver & rider are allowed to count their five best events (in points)

·         Two of the five events can be run in any other division

·         The driver/rider can choose which of the three divisions is to be considered the "home division" independent of in which division he/she lives. The decision must be made before the first event the driver/rider participate in (the out of division events a driver/rider wish to count must be notified to Speedgroups point co-ordinator).

·         The top drivers in selected classes will be invited to the All Star Final to battle out for becoming the champion of champions (to be confirmed).

Please note, the break point between Pro ET and Super Pro ET in the EDRS Series is set to 9 sec. National regulations apply

We look forward working with all teams, track operators and stewards within EDRS European Drag Racing Series
